How to order any product?

Select any product you want to order. Click on Add to Cart, Proceed to checkout and pay.

Warranty & Repairs

Does my handbag have a warranty?

Yes, all Java Plum products carry a one year warranty and a lifetime repair service. In the event your product needs repair due to manufacturing defects (our apologies!) within one year of the purchase date, we will arrange collection of the product, repair it and ship it back to you free of charge.

If something needs repairing in your handbag after one year, you do not need to worry at all. At Java Plum, you can have your bag repaired till it is as good as the day you bought it. There may be a small charge for repair and shipping. If you can bring it in to our studio in Gurgaon, it will take less time. We are happy to arrange a pick up for repairs at a small charge.

Do I need to register my Warranty?

Please register your product within 30 days of the purchase date in order to be eligible for the warranty. To register your product for the warranty, please emailcare@javaplum.com with following details:

  • A copy of the original invoice (Take a picture with your phone)
  • The item number that can be found on the “Warranty & Repairs” booklet that came with your product. If you purchased your product directly from www.javaplum.com the item number can also be found on your invoice.

You will then receive an email with a “Warranty Registration Number” which is all you need to quote when you contact us regarding your product. If you need to have any repairs made under warranty, you simply need to email care@javaplum.com with the following:

  • Warranty Registration Number
  • Photos of the item showing the problem

What if I forget to register my warranty?

In case, you forget to register your product for the warranty (it happens!) but need repairs within the warranty period, we will still honour it. Please email us at care@javaplum.com with the following details:

  • A copy of the original invoice.
  • Photos of the item showing the problem.
  • The item number that can be found on the “Warranty & Repairs” booklet that came with your product. If you purchased your product directly from www.javaplum.com the item number can also be found on your invoice.
  • What if my Product is out of Warranty?

    Should your product need repairing after one year from the purchase date, please use our also repair service. Any charges would be assessed on an individual basis. Please email us at care@javaplum.com with any repair queries, along with photos showing the problem.

    Cancellation & Refund

    Can I get a full refund if I return the product?

    Yes, if you return the product with all tags intact in saleable condition. Refunds will only be processed if return request is submitted on same day of delivery.

    How do I get my refund?

    In any other case, if deemed legitimate, the product has to be returned by the customer to our return address on the bill. Post quality check, the amount will be returned as a credit to your credit card or a NEFT to your bank account if you provide us with the details.

    Shipping and Payments

    How can I pay?

    We offer the following payment options:

    • Credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express & Diners Club)
    • Debit card
    • Net banking
    • Cash on delivery

    For international payments, some of the above payment options may not be available.

    Are there any shipping charges?

    We offer free shipping within India for most products.

    In case you are not happy with your purchase, return shipping is free for customers in India.*

    Is there any area where delivery not available?

    We deliver to all countries and to all states in India

    How many days it take to deliver the product?

    We ship on all weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.

    • Metro cities - purchases will be received within 3-4 working days* from the time order is placed.
    • Non Metro cities - purchases will be received within 5-8 working days* from the time order is placed.

    Delivery times may change due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, strikes, weather conditions etc, about which you will be informed through email

    How can I track my order?

    Once your order is confirmed you will receive an email with your tracking number. To view the progress of your package please visits the relevant shipper's tracking page as indicated by us.
