REFUNDS & RETURNS


  • At Java Plum we offer a 14 day return and/ or exchange policy from the date when the product is received by you.
  • Return and exchange of goods is only possible if the merchandise is received in a saleable condition in the original packaging. 
  • Each item purchased can only be returned or exchanged once. Multiple returns or exchanges for the same item are not permitted.
  • All products should be returned with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. 
  • Once a member of our team has checked the merchandise, you will receive an email confirming that your return has been accepted.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5 working days from the date your return is accepted and will be sent in the same mode of payment was made. Credit and debit card payments will be credited to your credit / debit card account. Payments made by net banking will be credited to your bank account. COD payments will be credited to your bank account via NEFT.
  • Please send us your bank details for NEFT (Account holder’s name, Account Number, Bank Name & IFSC Code) to care@javaplum.com
  • Return shipping for customers within India is free.
  • Returns and refunds for customers outside India are accepted, however, return shipping will be paid by the customer.
  • Sale items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
  • In order to make your shopping experience easy, return shipping within India is free.
  • However, Java Plum will not be responsible for merchandise lost or damaged in transit.


How to Return / Exchange an Item


  1. If you have decided to return your purchase, email us at care@javaplum.com
  2. You will receive an email with the details of your free courier pick up. 
  3. Please pack the item in the original packing and stick the address label provided on the package.
  4. You will receive an email confirming your merchandise has been checked and the refund has been accepted. 
  5. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days from the date your return is accepted and will be sent in the same mode of payment was made. Credit and debit card payments will be credited to your credit / debit card account. Payments made by net banking will be credited to your bank account.
